NJZ’s (NewJeans) Danielle Hit With Backlash After Lip-Sync Accusations
NJZ (NewJeans) member Danielle has been hit with criticism after accusations of lip-syncing.
The group recently performed in Hong Kong, and while it was meant to be NJZ’s official debut, the group announced a temporary hiatus.
During the performance, Danielle did a solo stage of TLC’s song “No Scrubs.”

When the video was posted, netizens accused Danielle of lip-syncing during the performance. In particular, idols are being scrutinized for their live vocals, so many hit back at the idol not singing live and that she seemingly didn’t attempt to hide that she wasn’t singing.
