“No Comeback Without Divestment”: Fans Send Protest Truck To HYBE
Fans are sending protest trucks to HYBE.
Since October, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has reportedly surpassed 38K due to Israeli attacks. Over 80K Palestinians have been injured, starved, displaced, etc.
People are calling for a ceasefire and attempting to help Palestinians as best they can. A common way to show one’s support for Palestine is joining the nonviolent Palestinian-led movement BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions). Some K-Pop fans are going so far as to boycott their artists’ companies due to ties to Zionism.
Fans of artists under HYBE, primarily ARMYs (BTS fans), in particular, have demanded the removal of Scooter Braun, the CEO of HYBE America, due to his staunch support of the current Israeli government and his problematic posts about the people of Gaza. For months, fans have shared posts trending the hashtag #HYBEDivestFromZionism, petitioning and sending a protest truck to the HYBE Seoul headquarters.

Now, ENGENEs (ENHYPEN fans) are attempting to make a difference.

Attention all HYBE fandoms!
We are urging all HYBE idols, individually and in their own language, to use their voices against Zionism at HYBE with a truck at HYBE HQ!
