NU’EST‘s Aron previously came under fire for his “overpriced” fan event. The fan event was described as a 3D2N overnight camp with accommodation at a luxury resort.

Now that the full event schedule has been released to the public, netizens are changing their tune. Not only are five meals and lodgings included in the ₩990,000 KRW (about $752 USD) fee, but you also get many opportunities to see Aron up close.
Here is the breakdown of the event.
Day 1:
- Welcome party with gift bag containing a hoodie, a tote bag, and DIY materials
- 1 on 1 photo time with Aron. Guests can use their handphones to take it.
- A room visit where Aron visits each and every guest’s hotel room.
Day 2:
- DIY Class with Aron.
- Mini athletic field day where you can be on the same team as Aron.
- Afterparty with Aron singing and talking.
- Goodnight greetings with Aron during a high-touch.
The camp ends with Aron personally greeting all the guests goodbye and sending them off. The thoughtful planning gives every camper personal time with the star. Netizens were amazed at the event!
- They’re daebak generous. Fans would love it.
- If my idols do this, I would 100% go.
- Looks fun. If it were my idols, I’d definitely go. They’re so generous. I thought that I wanted to do something like this too. Going on a camp with my idols, and doing fan activities all together. It would feel like a picnic. It would be totally exciting.
- It seems fun. FR, if it were my idols, I’d definitely go. You can also make friends with other fans.
- This is “theqoo.” Why are you thinking of things from the point of view of non-fans? If it were my biases, this is so generous. 300 participants is a little too much, and I hope that my biases would never do this, but if they do, I’d definitely go. But please don’t.
- Isn’t it so funny how people are just saying “it’s too expensive,” “what a waste” over here? You can’t be saying this here at theqoo, where people spend money to see their idols for a few minutes during fansigns. Honestly even though my bias was another member, everyone knows that Aron isn’t doing this to earn money. His family is rich to the point that he doesn’t need to greed over money… And do you really think that is expensive? It’s lodgings covered for 3D2N with your bias. People are being so busybodied.
The luxury resort also has two bedrooms per apartment, meaning that although it is four guests to an apartment, you really only need to share a room as a two. The luxury facilities at the resort can be seen below.
