NU’EST’s Minhyun Gets Real About The Idea Of Dating Publicly

NU’EST‘s Minhyun recently opened up about the topic of dating publicly.

During the December 14 episode of MBC‘s The Manager, Minhyun appeared as a special MC on the show, alongside Fly To The Sky‘s Brian Joo.

 

On the show, MC Yang Se Hyun asked Minhyun to be honest regarding this question:

 

Even though you’re not currently dating, you will want to date eventually, right? So would be able to date publicly?

Minhyun contemplated his answer, before replying that while he’d never thought about it much, the idea of publicly dating doesn’t appeal to him. If the relationship somehow ends up becoming public, he’d more or less go with it, but if it was a personal choice, he’d rather avoid it.

 

I never really thought about it before, but I don’t want to [date publicly]. If it [a future relationship] somehow becomes public, I guess I can’t really do anything about it. But if I could, I’d rather not date publicly. As for the reasons why, they’d be a little difficult to explain….

The whole time he spoke, Minhyun kept stealing glances at Jun Hyun Moo, who recently went public with his own relationship, and was totally caught in the act!

When he noticed him continuously looking at him, Jun Hyun Moo laughingly exclaimed,

 

Hey, why do you keep looking at me while talking!?

Minhyun then turned to him, and brought roaring laughter when he asked him, deadpan:

 

Hyung, what was it like for you?

NU’EST made their last comeback in October with their seventh mini-album, The Table and title track “Love Me”.
