Official BTS, TXT, And ENHYPEN Web Novels To Be Made Available On Wattpad, Fans Trend “NOT WATTPAD”
Earlier today, HYBE announced that they will be releasing new web comics and web novels in collaboration K-Pop artists BTS, TXT, and ENHYPEN.
TXT, for example, will feature in a fantasy story called The Star Seekers, which tells the tale of a boy group who lives in a world where magic exists, unbeknownst to them. One day, they wake up and realize that they have magical abilities.
The web comic will be made available on digital comics platform Webtoon, while the web novel version will be released on Wattpad. The arrangement was made following news in January that Wattpad was acquired by Naver, the parent company of Webtoon.
Wattpad announced the collaboration on Twitter, saying “Something BIG is on its way.” They proceeded to reveal that the stories will be available on Wattpad and Webtoon starting January 14, 2022.

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot that there is already an official HYBE account on the platform.
Upon hearing the news, fans started trending “NOT WATTPAD” on Twitter.

Concerns stemmed from picturing the boys seeing the different kinds of fanfiction written about them.
