Just a couple of weeks before the tour was to start, fans noticed that there had been little to no promotion. This triggered concerns, and fans began to contact the venues. Based on the venues’ responses, it sounded like the tour was not still on. Yet, there had been no official statement from the tour organizer or the artist’s company, IPQ Entertainment.

Even if the tour is still somehow happening, there was literally no promotion AT ALL

Hey @IPQ_Inc @OmegaX_official not to be that guy but give us an update about the U.S tour. It's been several days since the kpop store posted about the cancelation of the tour and now several of the venues have confirmed. We need to know soon to cancel flights and hotels.

Now, fromm store has announced in English that OMEGA X’s US tour has been canceled. The group’s official social media accounts reposted it, adding a shorter but Korean statement, explaining it was canceled due to “unavoidable circumstances” and that the event organizers would refund ticket purchases.

Naturally, fans are disappointed by the news but not entirely surprised. Many had been looking forward to reuniting with OMEGA X.
Yet, fans were also disturbed by how rushed the tour was from the start. They are calling out the unprofessionalism of the companies on X (formerly Twitter).
please I hope omega x and ipq never tries to do a tour with fromm ever fucking again! this has been a disaster from the start.

You should probably make your statements for an American tour in English, and maybe you should let fans know first next time instead of canceling with venues and going silent for a week about it, and then posting new content like nothing happened. Incredibly disappointed.

Still, fans are emphasizing their anger is not at the OMEGA X members but at the companies in question.
IPQ and the fromm store are attempting to compensate fans who purchased VIP packages by offering a signed poster, photocard set, and video call with a member.

Hopefully, we can get a full group tour after Hwichan and Sebin, who enlisted for their mandatory military service this year, discharge.
