FNC expressed that Keeho did not know about the case’s progress, but the victim apologized after clarifying the misunderstanding of mentioning his name online.
“If the investigation reveals that his mother was at fault, she will naturally be held responsible. Separately, Keeho will do his best to resolve the issue as the son of his mother.
As this case is under investigation, we request that you refrain from malicious slander, personal attacks, and false speculations toward the artist. We apologize for causing concern due to the family of our artist.”

In March 2024, it was reported that Keeho’s mother had been sued for fraud. Park Sang Hyun, one of the victims, revealed that Keeho’s mother borrowed money from him, promising to return it in full, swearing on her two K-Pop idol sons.
Most recently, Park has taken to his Instagram and shared updates about the lawsuit in a series of stories.
