P1Harmony Member Keeho’s Mother Gets Sued For Fraud
According to an exclusive report by Xports News on March 20, P1Harmony member Keeho’s mother has been sued for fraud.
The report states that Ms. “A,” the mother of a P1Harmony member, has been accused of violating the law on the regulation of fraud and similar unfair practices and is facing a lawsuit. Park Sang Hyun, the representative of the production company HUG INTL that worked on the upcoming movie Eun Ha Soo, is reportedly one of the victims in this case.
In an over-the-call interview with Xsports News, Park revealed that he alone incurred damages worth ₩1.10 billion KRW (about $823,000 USD) in this fraud, and there were at least 10 more victims close to him, whose total damages amount up to ₩3.00 billion KRW (about $2.25 million USD). However, apart from the group of people close to Park, there are other victims as well, and according to him, the complete financial damage suffered in this case by all victims approximates ₩30.0 billion KRW (about $22.5 million USD). He also mentioned that the lawsuit had been filed against Ms. A jointly by him and some other victims.
Park also mentioned Keeho, saying that since he was the only person in Korea who could get in touch with Ms. A, he sent a notarized statement to his agency, FNC Entertainment. However, the company sent a formal reply stating that they couldn’t confirm it due to “privacy concerns.” Park, who is rattled by the investment fraud, expressed his anxiety, saying that his movie Eun Ha Soo might get delayed due to this reason as he is unsure if the company could even afford distribution costs after suffering such a financial loss.
Park Sang Hyun’s social media post detailing the incident has now gone viral, where he mentioned that he held out for one and a half years but has not gotten any response from the accused parties.
I endured and waited for a year and six months and showed consideration. I borrowed money and took out loans from everywhere for them. While my life was getting destroyed, I explained my situation and pleaded with them countless times, but they never responded even once.
— Park Sang Hyun
In the post, he also revealed the alleged perpetrators’ identities.
Mr. B, the senior pastor of Toronto Connect Church/ Toronto Exchange Student Missionary Church (TISM), the mastermind behind all the incidents, Ms. A, and their son, the leader of FNC’s P1Harmony, Yoon Keeho.

Park explained that Ms. A took ₩1.10 billion KRW (about $823,000 USD) from him using her brother and son’s name, assuring that she would return the money after four months. However, the money hasn’t been repaid even after a year. He accused that now A’s entire family is ignoring this problem.
Meanwhile, FNC Entertainment has told Xports News that they’re still investigating the claims.
