Park Myung Soo’s Past “Shade” About HYBE Sparks Major Backlash
Park Myung Soo‘s past “shade” about HYBE has resurfaced, sparking major backlash from netizens.
During an episode on his YouTube channel, where he was channeling the style of different boy groups, Park Myung Soo seemingly shaded HYBE when he explained, “Why does HYBE keep launching new groups? It’s better to take care of existing singers.”

While netizens initially supported the “shade,” many shared criticism of the point. Some explained that HYBE didn’t “debut” the groups as it was a corporation that houses many companies that debut groups.

Hybe don't have any groups under them, they have subsidiaries and every subsidiary has 2-3 groups only.
So if we remove these subsidiaries hybe has no group under them.

Others hit back at Myung Soo’s comments due to his past comments about how he treated BTS when they first debuted. In particular, when meeting Jin, a story was shared about his “Poor” treatment of the group when they met for the first time.
