WINNER‘s Mino was previously suspected of not fulfiling military service duties. Dispatch had revealed that he had allegedly been shirking duties. Later on, it was clarified by his colleagues that he had been suffering from anxiety disorder and had been receiving treatment. A damning photo of him at a party was then released, leading to heightened criticism.
The police recently conducted a search and seizure of his workplace, with the Mapo Police Station announcing on December 27, 2024, tht they had seized and searched the Mapo Resident Convenience Facility, where Mino had been working. The police have secured CCTV footage from the workplace.
Mino has been serving as a public service worker at the Mapo Resident Convenience Facility from March 2024. This continued until his release from duty on December 23, 2024. Given the current complications, Ththee Military Manpower Administration has stated that if issues with his service are confirmed, he may be required to serve again for the period deemed problematic, even though he has already been discharged.
