Popular Korean Actress Has To Be “Restrained” At K-Pop Concert
It’s normal to get excited at concerts, but sometimes security has to tell people to calm down or follow rules when the adrenaline might take over. Although it is common for K-Pop fans, actress Kim Tae Ri shockingly revealed that she had to be “restrained” at an idol concert.
Tae Ri starred alongside WJSN‘s Bona in the hit K-Drama Twenty-Five Twenty-One.
So, it wasn’t surprising that after the show ended, they stayed firm friends and Tae Ri attended one of the group’s concerts, even taking a photo with her idol bestie.
Yet, it seems like Kim Tae Ri might have had too much fun.
The actress recently appeared on Salon Drip, and during the video, the host explained that Tae Ri was often spotted by fans, including at WJSN’s concert.
Fellow actress Shin Ye Eun found this hilarious, and there was obviously a story because the host explained, “I heard you got restrained for cheering too aggressively?”
Kim Tae Ri revealed at first, she was told off for taking photos, and when asked about how “aggressive” she was, the actress revealed that because it was an idol concert, she thought people were meant to have fun together.
But Tae Ri’s enthusiasm meant she was forced to sit down because she was jumping so much out of excitement.
The actress hilariously joked that she thought she could do whatever she wanted and just stand when she wanted to, but found out she couldn’t.
It seems like not even celebrities are excluded from the strict concert etiquette in Korea.
