Popular Actress’s Sister Gives Disturbing Account Of Sexual Harassment By Celebrity Brother-In-Law

Actress Sun Woo Eun Sook‘s older sister has come forward with mortifying details of her alleged molestation by brother-in-law and broadcaster Yoo Young Jae.

On December 10, KST, the Suwon District Court held the second trial of Yoo on charges of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment etc of Sexual Crimes. Sun’s elder sister, Ms. A, appeared as a witness at the trial and gave a recount of her harassment.

Ms. A revealed that she started living in the same house as her sister and Yoo Young Jae on October 4, 2022, when the couple got married. She claimed that she was first sexually assaulted by Yoo around March 2023, when he touched her breast while she was holding her puppy.

I have a habit of always holding my dog to the left. It’s a small dog, so when I hold it, the other side is empty. At that moment, (Yoo Young Jae) twisted my nipple without saying anything.

After this incident, she was again molested in April 2023 while washing dishes in the kitchen, and Yoo suddenly hugged her tightly from behind.

When he hugged me, I felt his genitals rub against me. So I tried separating from him, pushing my body toward the kitchen sink. His genitals were rubbing against my butt. When I got upset with him, he took out a bottle of water from the fridge and walked out of the kitchen like nothing happened.

Ms. A was again assaulted while she was asleep in her room. After her sister left the house in the morning, Yoo went into her room and pretended to lie down next to her dog, only to climb on her back. When he started pressing down, Ms. A kicked him and asked him to leave.

According to Ms. A, Yoo sexually harassed her multiple times, but in one of the worst instances, he flashed his genitals at her while his wife was away from home. Ms. A recalled that she had gone into Yoo’s room to wake him up and give him breakfast at her sister’s request. After Yoo told her to come in, she found him sitting naked on the bed.

He did cover up a little, using a towel that he always carries around. I told him, ‘Are you crazy? Come out quickly and eat’ and came out. Yoo Young Jae followed me afterwards.

Ms. A added that Yoo was wearing just a pair of thin silk underwear when he went into the kitchen after her. “He grabbed the kitchen door with one hand and lifted his genitals and testicles with the other hand, saying, ‘Isn’t this good enough for 60 years of age?’ I almost fainted,” she added.

After Ms. A asked Yoo to put on his clothes, he instead went behind her and hugged her tightly.

Ms. A then rebuked Yoo’s behavior, reminding him that much of his fame is owed to her sister, Sun Woo Eun Sook, and warning him not to do anything that could send her reputation crumbling. In response, Yoo yelled at Ms. A and went to his room.

She was again molested by Yoo on October 23, 2023. On that day, Yoo came to her room at around 10:30 pm and lay down with her dog while Ms. AI was trying to go to sleep. He suddenly started pushing and pulling her, insisting on giving her a hug. When she retaliated, he quickly changed his attitude and said he was only trying to thank her for taking care of the house. Ms. A ended up kicking him again, leading Yoo to leave her room.

Ms. A admitted that she didn’t bring up the sexual assault to her sister because she felt guilty about destroying her marriage. She witnessed her sister suffering due to multiple scandals during her first divorce, after which she lived alone for 18 years. Ms. A revealed that Sun was convinced that Yoo was heaven-sent for her, and as a sister, she encouraged her to get married quickly. So, she felt responsible and had initially planned to take it all to her grave for the sake of her sister.

Yoo Young Jae stands accused of sexually assaulting Ms. A by forcibly touching her on five occasions since 2023. Though he denied all charges during the police investigation, the prosecution found the allegations credible and indicted him without detention on October 18. During his first trial on November 12, Yoo Young Jae denied all charges in court. He also refuted all allegations on his YouTube channel and stated that he decided to engage in a legal battle to clear his name. “If I die like this, the dirty sexual harassment will end as a fact,” the broadcaster emphasized.

Meanwhile, Yoo Young Jae and Sun Woo Eun Sook divorced back in April. Following the divorce, it was revealed that Yoo Young Jae was also in a relationship with a program writer and was living with her. Sun Woo Eun Sook only found out about their common-law relationship through media reports.
