PRISTIN Nayoung learned of Jonghyun’s death during a livestream, her reaction was heartbreaking
PRISTIN‘s Im Nayoung was live streaming to celebrate her birthday, when she heard from fans that SHINee‘s Jonghyun had died.
She began her livestream just moments before Jonghyun’s death began circulating in the news. At first, she had no idea what had happened, but eventually found out when fans started commenting on her stream.
Nayoung immediately stopped talking but kept on a brave smile as more comments about Jonghyun’s death appeared. She then stated that she would be ending her livestream and went offline.
Nayoung is well known as being a SHINee fan since she was young, even before her debut as an idol. She often mentions them in interview and how much she loves the group.
Pledis Entertainment has since taken down the livestream due to its sensitive nature.
