Following the recent episode, past tweets have resurfaced alleging that the young contestant’s mother is a SHINee sasaeng. Tweets were shared showing images of Sviat and his mother at events with SHINee members, including photos of a younger Sviat near the members.

When the videos and photos were posted, netizens shared their sympathy towards Sviat and their concerns that the young contestant might have been “forced” onto the show so his mother could maybe get close to the SHINee members, especially after singing “Replay” as his audition song. Others also pointed out that Sviat didn’t seem to want to be on the show and how unfair it is for someone so young.

sviat had a mom who was a taemin sasaeng and would take him to shinee events where he’d act unruly (normal behaviour bc he was 9 in 2019) but his mom is truly insane… she’s still on here retweeting taemin and deleting posts about her son 😅
