Radio Host Criticized For Unprofessionalism During Interview With BTS’s Jin
An interviewer is being called out for unprofessionalism in a recent interview with BTS’s Jin.
Recently, Z100 New York released an interview they did with Jin.
During the interview, they spoke about Coldplay, and the interviewer said, “I love Coldplay; do you love Coldplay, too? Have you seen them live?”
Of course, Jin and BTS as a whole have a long-standing bond with Coldplay, which goes back years. The idol quickly clarified the relationship and his own solo work with the group.
I have seen them. I’ve been together with them on the stage. When Coldplay played in Argentina, I went on stage as their special guest. I have a song called ‘The Astronaut,’ which is a song co-written by Coldplay. I performed the song with Chris Martin.

The host then seemed shocked and continued to ask about the experience. Yet, netizens found it unprofessional, and the information could’ve been easily found with even basic research.
Even on X, the clip was shared, and ARMYs shared their frustration that the interviewer had not done basic research on Jin before the interview took place.
