Rain has reportedly purchased an eight-story building for ₩92.0 billion KRW (about $80.6 million USD) two minutes away from Gangnam Station.
According to an exclusive report from Newsen, Rain recently purchased a building in Seocho-dong for ₩92.0 billion KRW (about $80.6 million USD). The building is located just a two-minute walk from Gangnam station and has 881 pyeong (2,904 square meters) of usable space within the building. The building is currently home to numerous businesses including a hospital, oriental medicine clinic, shoe and jewelry shops, and cafes, which reportedly bring in over ₩200 million KRW (about $175,000 USD) in rent per month.
Rain recently sold his building in Cheongdam-dong for ₩49.5 billion KRW (about $43.4 million USD), making a profit of ₩30.0 billion KRW (about $26.3 million USD). Both he and his wife Kim Tae Hee have profited billions of KRW recently with their building sales.
