aespa‘s Giselle and RIIZE‘s Wonbin were recently caught up in new dating rumors. The pair have been caught up in rumors previously with fans finding alleged “couple items.” This time, netizens accused the pair after they had used similar wordings in recent comments and messages to fans.
These wordings are not proper Korean, but informal changes to words to make them sound cuter. Wonbin used “algejji” in place of “algetji” on a recent comment. Giselle used the same word on her Dear. U Bubble.
Not only that, but Wonbin has recently been using “ung” to end sentences, something that is rather uncommon.
Wonbin has repeatedly been using this since November 2024. Netizens noted that Giselle began using the ending as well. It contains no specific meaning, making fans even more suspicious.
Netizens found the “evidence” convincing. They even pointed out that Giselle’s profile picture was a black cat, a nickname fans have for Wonbin.
