Fans Butt Heads About RIIZE Seunghan’s Return With Protest Battles
Wonbin also directly addressed fans in a letter posted to Weverse. In it, he spoke about Seunghan’s return and shared that he and the members had discussed his return for a long time before coming to a decision.
“BRIIZE! I don’t know where to begin, but I’m taking the courage to say the words I want to say to BRIIZE…
Even as I am writing this post now, I am cautious and worried about how BRIIZE will feel when this post goes live. But I am worried that you guys would struggle more and be confused if the members don’t say a word or react to anything, hence I am writing this after having talked with the members.
I think that it is a given that you guys would’ve thought a lot about if Seunghan would be returning and why a sure answer wasn’t quickly given. Us, Seunghan, and the company, really talked about this for a long time.
I hope that you guys realize the members have thought about this together again and again, considering this deeply. I had wanted to always make all of our BRIIZE happy, but I’m sorry I am unable to do that… I know this post will not be able to erase all of your worries, but I hope that it can comfort you in your confusion, even just a little bit. Without BRIIZE, there won’t be RIIZE. I always say it, but I want to make good memories with BRIIZE, and se eyou guys for a long time. So I hope you will be able to look upon us warmly as you have been up to now, and if you cheer us on, it’ll be a great source of strength for us.
I promise to work hard without changing, so that RIIZE can become someone BRIIZE is proud of.”

Now, following the news of Seunghan’s withdrawal, fans discovered that Wonbin’s letter had been deleted.
When attempting to access the letter, fans received an error message that the post was inaccessible. Shortly after, the post disappeared from the section, seemingly deleted.
Fans reacted to the deletion of the message, accusing SM Entertainment of deleting the post and going against the members’ wishes. Some fans have examined the timing of the news in relation to the deletion, sharing their belief that SM timed the news with RIIZE’s activities.
