RM’s Hometown Is Holding A Month-Long Festival For His Birthday
If you’re planning a trip to Korea this month, be sure to stop by Ilsan for its RM extravaganza!
September is always one of ARMY‘s busiest months because they have to plan birthday projects for not one, but two members. Jungkook turned 22nd on September 1, and RM will be turning 25 on September 12.
To celebrate the big day, RM’s hometown of Ilsan (located in Goyang) is hosting a month-long festival for “Ilsan’s Pride”, RM.

On September 12, there will be a fountain show at Ilsan Lake Park. BTS’s “Boy With Luv” and “Trivia: Love” will be played at 5 PM and 8 PM.
On September 21, the party continues with a flash mob for “IDOL”, “FAKE LOVE”, and “Boy With Luv” near Ilsan Lake.
The celebrations will wrap up on September 27 with a special “RM Spot” video. This video will be a montage of his favorite places in Ilsan, taken from his lyrics.
Between Ilsan’s festival and ARMY’s birthday projects, there’s plenty of RM fun coming up soon. So, get ready to party!
