In the finale, Ji Yun (Han Ji Min) makes a difficult choice, handing over her company to Hye Jin (Park Bo Kyung). Her decision was driven by a desire to protect the employees who had built the company with her. However, things quickly unraveled for Hye Jin.
Despite strong opposition from many executives, she went through with the acquisition of Ji Yun’s company. However, on her first day as the new owner, she was met with resignation letters from her employees. To make matters worse, Young Min (Go Sang Ho), her partner in an investment scam, confessed to the scheme, leading to her arrest.

With her career at a standstill, Ji Yun finally took time to enjoy the little things — sleeping in and even having a drink in the middle of the day. Alongside Eun Ho (Lee Jun Hyuk), she experienced a more relaxed life before deciding to start fresh on her own. The first person she reached out to for her new company? Eun Ho. After all, he was the perfect candidate for the human resources role at Serim Group.

Although Ji Yun let go of an exceptional secretary, she gained a strong team to build her next chapter. Naming their company “We Company,” she and her colleagues embraced a new beginning. While Ji Yun focused on her new business, Eun Ho continued his work at Serim Group, and the two balanced their careers with their growing love.
