BTS's Jin Ruthlessly Roasts "Running Man" Star Ji Suk Jin, But He Gets The Last Laugh

When it comes to variety show games, BTS‘s Jin is an expert. He does whatever it takes to win, even if it means bending the rules. How do Jin’s years of Run BTS! experience stack up against a Running Man veteran?

Episode 7 of Jin’s Run BTS! spin-off Run Jin featured Ji Suk Jin, a comedian and longtime cast member of Running Man. Jin had no idea his name twin would be his guest, but the two were happy to reunite.

Within seconds of greeting each other, Jin poked fun at his senior’s age…

…and that was just a taste of what was to come! A food-centric guessing game brought out both stars’ competitive streaks. As they battled it out for the win, Jin repeatedly roasted Ji Suk Jin…

…and Ji Suk Jin jokingly told Jin, “I hate you,” after Jin answered a few too many questions correctly.

After a few rounds, the staff presented Jin and Ji Suk Jin with a delicious watermelon bingsu (a shaved ice dessert). Unfortunately for Unlucky Jin, who drew one of many “dud” cards, the dessert was awarded to his friend. Jin won a bingsu-making kit. Jin’s bingsu-making was such a failure that Ji Suk Jin wondered:

Jin, being Jin, decided that trickery was necessary. He pretended that a staff member was trying to get their attention, tricking Ji Suk Jin into looking away just long enough for him to sneak a spoonful of icy goodness.

This sneakiness did not go unpunished! Jin couldn’t handle eating something so cold so quickly. As he suffered through the stolen mouthful, Ji Suk Jin remarked, “Why’d you even play the game if you’re going to be like this?”
