Ryan Reynolds Wishes Stray Kids’ Bang Chan A Happy Birthday In The Most Iconic Way
Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds is again proving to be the ultimate STAY by celebrating Stray Kids‘ Bang Chan‘s birthday!
This unlikely but now iconic friendship between the actor and Bang Chan began when Ryan Reynolds praised Stray Kids for their Deadpool-inspired performance in the survival show Kingdom: Legendary War. Reynolds stars as the “Merc with a Mouth” in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Since then, Stray Kids and Ryan Reynolds have shared plenty of awesome interactions, showing support for each other via social media, sending each other gifts, etc. Some STAYs even suspect Stray Kids might feature in the upcoming Deadpool 3 movie soundtrack.

Reynolds has really cemented himself as part of the Stray Kids’ fandom, even participating in STAY Selca Day. He really has excellent taste in music.

Nevertheless, Bang Chan and Ryan Reynolds have especially developed a true friendship. Last year, Reynolds even invited Bang Chan to an early screening of his film Free Guy and the Stray Kids leader conducted an interview with him to promote the film.
Reynolds used a clip of his film this year for a fun edit in honor of Bang Chan’s birthday. The K-Pop idol celebrated on October 3.
Ryan Reynolds shared a video of his character in the film walking out and putting on sunglasses to see a holographic Bang Chan dancing to The Weeknd‘s “Blinding Lights” along with the message, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANG CHAN.”
