Actress Kim Sae Ron has recently been spotted on a film set, marking her return to acting nearly two and a half years after being involved in a highly publicized drunk driving incident.
The actress was seen filming in Seoul’s Jongno district at Tapgol Park, wearing a long white dress and maintaining a positive demeanor throughout the shoot. The incident led to a temporary power outage in the area, inconveniencing nearby businesses and residents. When police arrived, she refused a breathalyzer test and instead opted for a blood test, which revealed a blood alcohol level high enough to warrant the revocation of her driver’s license. She was later fined ₩20.0 million KRW (about $14,600 USD) for the offense.
