BTS's V Makes A Surprise Appearance In Samsung's Presentation Video

Step aside, LG. Samsung Electronics may soon have seven powerful new collaborators to promote their products: BTS!

On February 11, Samsung held their Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. In a presentation video for the latest Galaxy smartphones, V made a surprise appearance, wearing Samsung’s wireless Galaxy Buds.

The “Black Swan” 7 logo for BTS’s upcoming album, MAP OF THE SOUL: 7, was also shown on a presentation screen.

According to reports made by The Korea Herald, an official for Samsung said that collaborations between Samsung and BTS are currently being discussed.

We do have a partnership with BTS and are seeking collaborations in diverse ways.

Following V’s unexpected cameo, the hashtag #SamsungxTaehyung trended on Twitter. If a BTS x Samsung collaboration does happen, some fans are willing to ditch their current phones to support BTS!
