Sandara Park Confesses She Was The Only Member Of 2NE1 That Followed YG’s Dating Ban
Currently in the Philippines to promote her latest film One Step, Sandara Park revealed hints of her current relationship status and possibly those of her fellow 2NE1 members.
On May 8th, Sandara Park made an appearance on local broadcasting agency ABS-CBN’s Tonight With Boy Abunda. She has made exclusive interviews on the program in the past but it was her declaration of her relationship status that caught the most attention.
When asked by the host if she was single, Sandara Park bravely replied, “Yes, I’m single.” This response has cleared speculations that linked her with local celebrity Robi Domingo early this year. However, the question came with a follow-up and her confession inadvertently revealed the relationship status of her fellow members or possibly fellow YG Entertainment artists.
“I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing that I’m still single.
We had a three-year dating ban, but I think I’m the only one who followed.”
-Sandara Park
Take note, she was merely referring to YG Entertainment’s notorious dating ban for artists just making their debut. The ban was initially set for five years in the past but was lessened to three due to 2NE1’s request.
