SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi Spills On HYBE’s Artist-Only Elevator — It Led To An Unexpected Interaction With NewJeans
SEVENTEEN‘s Hoshi recently revealed details about HYBE‘s artist-only elevator and how it led to an interaction with another group.
Since HYBE moved buildings, artists have visited and shared the beauty of the company, whether it’s the rooms, the size, or even the food.
During a recent video, Hoshi started talking about HYBE and all the perks of the company, including the high standards of ramen.
Talking about the high ceilings and face recognition, the idol was asked about the elevators by host Jang Do Yeon as she added that there is an artists-only elevator in their office.
Hoshi explained that HYBE only had one elevator for artists, and considering how many stars are signed to the company, it’s not surprising it meant there would be a wait.
The SEVENTEEN star then gave fans an insight into the running of the building, adding that there was a separate floor for parking for artists, and when they got to the lift…
It only stops on certain floors, including the artist lounge and recording spaces.
He then explained that with so many idols and only a few options for floors, you had to wait for ages for it to get to the main car park. He added, “You have to wait until it comes back down. You have to wait for so long.”
Hoshi then shared how it led to an unexpected interaction with one of HYBE’s youngest groups, NewJeans.
He recalled a time when he was waiting for the elevator. When it opened, the members of NewJeans were inside.
While Hoshi is known for being quite confident, he is still an “Introvert.” He explained he got very shy, and even when the members assured him it was okay, he waited.
Hoshi then hilariously sent a plea to HYBE founder Bang Si Hyuk, asking for another elevator.
As always, HYBE artists always have the sweetest interactions, and Hoshi gave another insight into the building that has shocked so many people.
