A Sneak Peek Into SEVENTEEN Hoshi’s Luxury Apartment Bought In Cash

SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi has purchased a ₩5.10 billion KRW (about $3.73 million USD) luxury home in Nonhyeondong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in all cash.

According to the Supreme Court registry, He bought the 149㎡ Brighten N40 exclusive unit last April and completed the registration last July.

Born in 1996, he is now the youngest to own a unit at the Brighten N40. As he did not have any separate mortgage, it was reported that he bought the home entirely in cash. There are two types for the 149㎡ unit, which have the same interior, just with a different layout.
