The SEVENTEEN Member Who Is So Wealthy, JYJ’s Jaejoong Calls Him His “Rich Friend”
JYJ‘s Jaejoong recently interviewed Stray Kids‘ Bang Chan and Han, two members who are also part of the rap-composition sub-unit 3RACHA.
On the topic of their three-digit song credits, the older singer couldn’t help but surmise that they’re swimming in money. Jaejoong gave an example of another young K-Pop idol who is likely as rich as them: SEVENTEEN‘s Jeonghan.
Among the idol singers younger than me, there’s a young rich person I know. It’s Jeonghan.

The two unlikely friends grew closer while filming the variety show Magic Lamp (2023).
Considering the number of concerts and albums sold under SEVENTEEN’s name, it is not surprising that Jaejoong considers him his “rich friend.”
He knows that if he ever asks Jeonghan to treat him to a meal, he can do so easily.
Aren’t you close with him and the other members? I call them “rich friends.” I can ask them to buy a meal for me.

The friendship between Jaejoong and Jeonghan is well known. They often mention each other in their respective shows or posts online. The older idol even considers him a “beloved younger brother.”
