K-Pop idols are known for going on extreme diets to look a certain way, whether they are male or female. SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu is being praised for his figure, balancing a muscular physique and a healthy lifestyle.
Since debuting, Mingyu has always gained attention for his unreal physique. Whether it’s standing at 6″2 or his insane muscles, Mingyu cements his status as a true visual.
Recently, Mingyu has once again gone viral for his physique, but netizens have praised how muscular he looks but that it is healthy.
During the recent episode of NANA Tour, the members all went on different activities. Mingyu had an early start for a hot air balloon ride, so they arrived back at the house much earlier.

When the team who had gone wine tasting arrived back, everyone gathered to see what they’d bought back. When they started looking, fans noticed that both Mingyu and Woozi had come to see what was happening without wearing shirts.
In closer shots, Mingyu showcased his unreal physique and muscles that fans loved but also noticed that he also seemed healthy.

When the photos were shared, netizens loved how healthy Mingyu looked, as it’s not rare for idols to go on extreme diets or change their lifestyle to achieve abs and a body that they deem “Perfect.”
In particular, they praised how Mingyu always looks healthy and, despite having muscles, does it in a healthy way. CARATs loved that Mingyu was going viral for his healthy body in a positive way, as the idol has been known to be sexualized in the past.
