SEVENTEEN Admits To Occasionally Fighting Each Other—Here’s How They Make Up
K-Pop groups often spend hours of every day with each other, with most even living in the same dorms. While this may be helpful in building friendships and strengthening the group’s ties, conflicts cannot be completely avoided. Boy group SEVENTEEN is no exception to this.
In a recent interview with Sakshma Srivastav, the members explained how they handle fights and disagreements with each other. The8 spoke for the group when he revealed what they have learned to do.
He explained that their secret to a long and genuine friendship is conversing with one another especially after an argument. They believed that the most effective way to reconcile is by airing their grievances and listening to the other side.
I think conversations are the most important. That’s how we were able to get along for such a long time. Of course, sometimes we argue and disagree.
— The8
Whether the conversation is long or short, what matters most is that they understand each other. They take out time in their busy schedules to mend their friendship.
But I think communication, taking time to really talk to each other, has been key in maintaining our relationship.
— The8
It is through their frequent, open conversations that the members have been able to maintain such a strong relationship for many years!
