SEVENTEEN will celebrate their 10th debut anniversary with a new album and a world tour to connect with global fans. However, as some members are scheduled to enlist in the military in the first half of 2025, full-group activities are expected to face some limitations for the time being. Their agency is implementing a strategy to minimize the hiatus by focusing on unit activities, such as BSS and the Hoshi-Woozi unit.

With multiple members being born in 1996 and 1997, their enlistments have been expected and many fans were excited to hear of the upcoming content. However, the possibility of a new tour did not sit well with many fans.

Since June 2023 when their Follow tour began, the group have remained on tour and are currently on their Right Her world tour.

Many felt that the group should instead have time to rest rather than begin another tour, especially since more of the members will likely be missing.
