The Diet And Exercise That SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan Recommends Instead Of Unhealthy Starving

SEVENTEEN‘s Seungkwan is known for this vast knowledge of self-care and health. Recently, during an interview with Elle Korea, he even stepped up to recommend exercise and diet to the viewers.

Firstly, he shared that in terms of exercise, especially for the lazy, the exercise plate is a helpful tool. The exercise plate is a device that will move left and right with vibrations of about 30-40 times per second. Not only does simply standing on it help to burn fat, but you can do a variety of exercises and poses on it as well. Seungkwan shared that he uses the machine frequently these days.

A diet that ended up working for him was the keto diet. The keto diet, is basically a low carb diet that is not as restrictive in terms of how much you eat, but rather, what you eat.

Seungkwan shared that it was very effective. As he had a photoshoot recently, he had been on a detox diet for 3 days. During the 3 days, he only ate small amounts. This time however, he ate based on the keto diet and had his fill of meat, skipping out on the rice instead. Seungkwan was amazed that he did not gain weight despite having some grilled beef.

He left viewers with some words to live by, “don’t starve!” Seungkwan dissuaded everyone from starving to lose weight as the minute you start eating regularly again, it would only be a matter of time before you gain it back.
