SEVENTEEN Woozi’s Reasons For Crying While Speaking About Their Track “Circles” Was Enough To Make The Members Emotional
Since SEVENTEEN debuted, they have always gained the reputation for not only being stage geniuses but having hilarious personalities that can put a smile on the faces of CARATs almost immediately.
However, they can also be very sentimental, and recently, member Woozi went viral after sending CARATs worldwide into a wave of emotions.
CARATs couldn’t contain their excitement when it was announced that SEVENTEEN would appear on Dingo‘s “Tipsy Live.” From the sneak peeks and trailers, fans couldn’t wait to watch the members having fun and getting a bit tipsy.
But they couldn’t have been more wrong as the actual video managed to send the entire internet into sobs and emotions.
Even at the start of the video, when all the members were cheering with each other, it seemed like any other “Tipsy” video with the members having a lot of fun. They even started dancing along to their song “CHEERS,” with alcohol never leaving their hands.
In particular, attention was paid to all-rounder Woozi. In the past, the idol has shared that he doesn’t drink alcohol, and he’s even got paintings of the things he doesn’t do.

During the video, the members couldn’t contain their excitement when Woozi started pouring himself some soju. In particular, S.Coups couldn’t hide his pride as it was the first time Woozi had drunk with the members.
However, the happiness didn’t last, and SEVENTEEN (and CARATs) worldwide were suddenly overwhelmed with emotions when Woozi started talking about the track “Circles.”
During the video, Woozi explained that when he was writing the track, the song showed what he really wanted to say to his members. As he said this, it was clear that Woozi was getting emotional and it seemed like more was to come.
He then made member Wonwoo very emotional by adding that it was what he really wanted to say to his member. Woozi then continued to share just how important the song was, also adding that it was what he wanted to say to himself (which made DK kiss him because Woozi was getting so emotional).
He finished by saying that the words are what he wanted to say to everyone, including CARATs.
Yet, it wasn’t just Woozi who became emotional. By the end of his speech, everyone in the room was emotional, and Seungkwan wasn’t even trying to hide his tears at hearing Woozi open up about the song.
When the song actually played, it felt like Woozi’s words were in the air as the members became very emotional, with members like Seungkwan and Wonwoo crying along to the track.
SEVENTEEN wasn’t alone in their emotions and within a few hours of the video being posted, it was already going viral on social media with over 100,000 views. Unsurprisingly, the comments were full of emotional netizens sharing their thoughts on watching Woozi open up and share his raw emotions.

The overall show seemed to go along a more emotional route, with SEVENTEEN being honest and sharing their own feelings about the tracks, their fans, and much more. It was a stark contrast to what fans expected, and it shook them.
