SEVENTEEN’s Woozi Delights With His Live Dance Cover Of NewJeans’ “How Sweet”
On July 23, SEVENTEEN held the first day of their 8th fan meeting, SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND, at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.
The event was full of fun and entertaining moments for the members and their fans to share, including performances, games, and other interactive activities.

One part of the concert featured some of the members doing solo dance covers for other artists’ songs, including “Tap” by Taeyong (covered by Jeonghan), “Maniac” by VIVIZ (covered by The8), “Supernova” by aespa (covered by Vernon), “SHEESH” by BABYMONSTER (covered by Jun), “Sticky” by KISS OF LIFE (covered by Mingyu), and “How Sweet” by NewJeans (covered by Woozi).

Each of the members slayed their individual covers, with Mingyu in particular getting a lot of attention for his “Sticky” cover!

But Woozi was another star performer for the segment, covering a longer portion of his song than the others.
Not to mention, he was totally smooth and made the dance look easy, making it clear that he’s practiced it a lot! Ironically, this was supposed to be a “punishment” for the members who lost a team game to have to perform songs that “didn’t suit them”, but Woozi seems totally in his element.
