Shawn Mendes Unexpectedly Becomes New Member Of Stray Kids

In late February, it was announced that Stray Kids‘ Seungmin would attend LOEWE‘s Paris Fashion Week Show. Fans were especially excited for the idol as it was his first Fashion Week event, and waited in anticipation to see the looks he would sport.

Departing from Korea, Seungmin wore a comfy and fashionable denim outfit, making fans laugh because of his unintentionally “twinning” moment with member I.N.

On March 1, the event took place, inviting numerous celebrities to see LOEWE’s latest collection. Naturally, K-Pop stars were in attendance, with aespa‘s Giselle and Seungmin dressed to the tens as they were photographed at the event.

Seungmin sported a bright green sweater from the brand’s menswear line and rubbed elbows with other celebrities like American actress and model Emily Ratajkowski and Mexican actress and singer Eiza Gonzáles.

Also in attendance was Canadian singer Shawn Mendes, who many hoped would have an interaction with Seungmin. This happened, though, in an accidental way no one would have expected!

Outside the venue, fans line up behind barricades to take photos and hopefully receive autographs from those attending the fashion shows throughout the different weeks. SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu gained attention for one such moment earlier in the week.

While entering the LOEWE show, Shawn Mendes stopped to greet fans, take selfies, and sign albums. Only, an album he signed wasn’t his, but a Stray Kids album!

A lucky fan had her pink ROCK STAR album signed by the newest apparent member of Stray Kids, who was so engaged in interacting with the fan he didn’t seem to notice.

Seungmin is a big fan of Shawn Mendes, so the star signing his album probably would send him to the moon! Fans loved this moment and are hopeful for a real collaboration soon!
