Canadian Singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes talked about his brief encounter with BTS at the American Music Awards, and he just dropped some interesting news about their new friendship!

First, he talked about what it was like to meet the BTS members in person.

“They were so sweet. They were probably the most beautiful guys I’ve ever seen in my life.

Truly, I didn’t know humans existed that beautiful.”

He also recalled the sensational performance that BTS performed at the AMAs and said that replayed their performance over and over again!

“Their performance was insane, and I watched the video back like a hundred times.

It almost feels like a movie that they would shoot a million times to get perfect is what they did live, and so I think they’re incredible.”

He also revealed more about the rumored collaboration that BTS may have leaked earlier this month!

“I think they’re incredible. Oh yeah, I would love to [collaborate with them].

I think that would be amazing. I would leave the dancing to them, though.”
