Shin Minah’s Mom Responds To Agency And ILUV Members’ Lawsuit

Shin Minah, former member of ILUV, continues her fight against her former agency and members about bullying allegations. Minah had previously revealed that she was pushed to trying to take her own life because she was continually assaulted and bullied by her members ever since their trainee days.

Recently, ILUV’s members and agencies have announced that they filed a lawsuit against Shin Minah for defamation and false facts.

Shin Minah has been hospitalized for the past week after she was rushed to the hospital for unnamed reasons. After the news of the agency’s lawsuit was revealed, Minah’s mom took to Minah’s Instagram to speak up for her daughter.

She emphasized once again that Minah is not a liar. Minah and her mom cried everyday due to her suffering.

I want to emphasize again that my child never lies. I can’t forget the look on my daughter’s face as we cried together everyday about how she was suffering.

Minah’s mom vowed that once Minah is healthy and recovered, they will continue the legal fight until the truth is unveiled through court.

Once her health has recovered, we will gather all the evidence of her sufferings and reveal the truth through court.

Minah had been preparing a lawsuit of her own with her attorneys before she was hospitalized. It’s uncertain if she had filed her lawsuits or if she will respond to the agency and members’ lawsuit.

Minah is currently hospitalized for treatments at a university hospital. The hospital doesn’t allow the use of electronics or allow her to leave or receive visitors, so she belatedly received news about the lawsuit.

I want to emphasize again that my child never lies. I can’t forget the look on my daughter’s face as we cried together everyday about how she was suffering. My child was able to have strength thanks to everyone who cheered her on. Thank you so much. She’s also met great doctors who are giving her strength to get treated well. Once her health has recovered, we will gather all the evidence of her sufferings and reveal the truth through court.
