SHINee's Key Goes Viral For Similarities To Iconic Disney Character

SHINee‘s Key is back with new music! He has released two songs, “Tongue Tied” and “Fresh.”

Recently, Key dropped a MV teaser for “Tongue Tied,” raising expectations, as Shawols know Key always delivers the best music videos.

Yet, the thumbnail put Shawols in mind of something much more unexpected.

Although Key’s MV teaser has only 66K views, a fan’s post went viral, with 819K views on X (formerly Twitter) at the time of writing. The Shawol compared Key’s thumbnail to an unexpected Disney Channel character.

The Shawol quote-tweeted the official SHINee point, so Key’s thumbnail was side-to-side with the comparison image of Chad Dylan Cooper. The profiles, long swept hair, and all-blue lighting gave the photos such a similar quality.

Netizens laughed over the comparison, as they looked nearly identical!

For those who might be unfamiliar or have forgotten who Chan Dylan Cooper is, he is the star of the fictional drama series MacKenzie Falls and Sonny Munroe’s (Demi Lovato) ex-boyfriend in the Disney Channel series Sonny with a Chance and So Random! He was portrayed by Sterling Knight, who is also well-known for the Disney Channel original movie Starstruck.
