SHINee’s Taemin Showers Praises On Bestie BTS’s Jimin On Live Broadcast
SHINee’s Taemin is known to be close friends with BTS’s Jimin. The two are also associated with EXO’s Kai and HOTSHOT’s Ha Sungwoon and Timoteo.
They’ve known each other for a long time! J-Hope and Suga introduced Jimin to Ha Sungwoon, who introduced Jimin to his gang. Soon, they all became besties known as “The Paddingz Friendship.”
During a recent live stream, Taemin brought up Jimin as his really good friend. The two recently filmed a dance challenge for SHINee’s “Hard.”
Taemin showered Jimin with lots of praise.

Jimin is such a good friend. He has such good energy. He is also really talented. There might be people who think the same as me but, his style of dancing, and the sense of artistry that he prefers, has many similar aspects to mine. Of course, he’s also really talented… I mean, this is what I think anyway. I think that we match well in those aspects, and if you get along, I think you tend to have good chemistry.
