SHINee’s Taemin Slays His First Performance With The Military Band, And We’re All So Excited To See Him Perform Again
Seoul National Cemetery just released footage from their September concert, and we’re all thrilled to see SHINee‘s Taemin singing on stage during his debut with the military band!
Taemin, along with his fellow military band members, performed a medley of “We Are the World” by U.S.A. for Africa and “Heal the World” by Michael Jackson. U.S.A. for Africa’s “We Are the World” was a collaboration between 46 vocalists including Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Smokey Robinson, and other artists.
As the band sang “We Are the World,” Taemin solemnly stood with his military bandmates while a keyboardist accompanied them. As he sang, Taemin looked totally absorbed in his performance.
Taemin started off the band’s cover of “Heal the World,” and we’re so glad we got to hear his voice again!
As he sang, it was clear that he was totally into the performance and that he was glad to have this opportunity to perform.
The band harmonized during the song’s chorus, and they sounded amazing!
Look at how passionate Taemin looked while singing the chorus “Heal the World!”
He got another solo in the song’s third voice. Naturally, he slayed this solo, too.
It was great to see Taemin perform so well during his military debut, and we can’t wait to see more of him!
