“The Show” Pays Its Respects To Sulli
The Show paid its respects to Sulli.
On the October 15 episode of The Show, CLC‘s Yeeun and special MC Jung Sewoon (NCT Dream‘s Jeno, a regular MC for the program, cancelled his schedule following the news of Sulli’s passing) paid a special tribute to the late singer and actress in their closing speech.
After announcing this week’s winner, CLC’s Yeeun said the following words:
Yesterday’s tragic event of Sulli sunbaenim, who left us so early, has placed a heavy weight and sorrow on all of our hearts.
Special MC Jung Sewoon then followed:
Rest in peace, Sulli sunbaenim. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.
The two then asked viewers who were watching the program to pray for her soul to rest in peace, and ended the broadcast with all those present observing a moment of silence in honor of Sulli.

Sulli was found in her home on October 14 by her manager at her Seongnam house. Police later confirmed that Sulli had passed away, and reports of the autopsy revealed no signs of homicide.
Rest in peace, Sulli.
