Currently inactive EXO-M member Kris, now going by the stage name Wu Yifan, will be meeting with agency SM Entertainment in a few days as they continue their court ordered mediation.
According to the Seoul Central District Court on December 1st, the two parties will be meeting up to continue discussions over the singer-actor’s current contract on the 5th. This is the first meeting since their first mediation, which took place back on July 8th.
Wu Yifan filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment earlier this year on May 15th, looking to terminate his contract with the agency, citing unfair income distribution and improper management with bias towards the EXO-K team. Since then, he has been absent from EXO and EXO-M activities, instead, being active independently in China.
