SM Entertainment has officially filed their lawsuit against EXO-CBX members Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin.
SM Entertainment filed their lawsuit against Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin on June 12 KST with the Seoul Eastern District Court. The lawsuit refers to the terms of the agreement made between SM Entertainment and the three members and SM Entertainment is requesting that the three members follow the previously agreed upon conditions.
