I heard from a distant acquaintance from someone I know trained with Jaehyun. After asking if he shot his gun well during shooting practice, he replied that it was a bit difficult while smiling.

My brother is in the military and is in the room right next to Jaehyun, so he’s eaten with him before. When he asked if he was NCT, he said, ’Shhh.’

My friend is in the same boot camp as Jaehyun so they talk quite often. Turns out Jaehyun lied to my friend saying he was born in 2005. They said his personality is really great and makes a lot of jokes. He also calls him Yoon-O hyung.

My friend’s friend is at the same boot camp as Jaehyun, and he heard that while they were doing burpees and curl-ups. I’m not sure if he just lost it, but he was just laughing. I guess to the friend, it may have looked that way, but to me, I think he was just being his usual ‘hihi cat’.

Meanwhile, Jaehyun is set to be discharged in May 2026.
