A video of aespa‘s Karina receiving an unexpected gift at the airport is gaining attention!

While one of the easiest ways to see idols, fans going to airport arrivals and departures has garnered mixed opinions. This is due to the often chaotic setting where fans invade idols’ space, sometimes leading to stars falling, though this is not always the case.

Airport departures are also used to deliver gifts and letters to idols if they are willing to take them.

Recently, aespa arrived at Incheon from their trip to Japan for K-Pop Masterz x KROSS vol.3, where they impressed attendees with their performances.

The airport arrival went more smoothly than past arrivals…

…smooth enough that Karina could take a gift from a fan. As Karina walks by, a fan holds out two single-flower bouquets, and Karina takes one.

As she examined it, Karina realized nothing was inside the bouquet.

Karina seems particularly confused at the lack of a flower inside the bouquet, looking at it again with a confused and amused face.

Luckily, not long after, Karina filled the bouquet with a fake candy heart given to her by another fan. She seems pleased with her replacement as the group exits.

Fans were left amused by Karina’s quick problem-solving with the gift.
