The duo had a virtual marriage on We Got Married, a show known for pairing celebrities up in a fake marriage. Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun were well-loved for their natural chemistry. The two continued their friendship long after the show ended. They also starred in the drama Our Gapsoon together.

She addressed Song Jae Rim with sadness, wishing him well on his upcoming “journey.” Korean culture believes that those who pass away have to cross the Samdochun (Sanzu River) before entering afterlife. She also reassured fans that she was alright.
