Song Joong Ki Steps Down From Upcoming “Season of You and Me” Movie
Song Joong Ki‘s fans have been highly anticipating his upcoming film, “Season of You and Me”, but it seems they will have to wait a while longer for his return as he’s reportedly stepped down from the project.
One insider of the film industry revealed that he had to step down due to scheduling conflicts that arose from the recent coronavirus pandemic.
Song Joong Ki was set to make his comeback with an array of projects. He was scheduled to finish shooting the movie “Bogota” early this year, release the film “Space Sweepers” this summer, and finish the year by filming “Seasons of You and Me”.
But as filming schedules were postponed, he was no longer able to fit in the role of “Season of You and Me”. His agency and he ultimately decided to withdraw from the project, according to news reports.
Fortunately for his fans, Song Joong Ki is still set on making more projects this year for his long-awaited fans. He is reportedly looking for a TV drama to take part for the second half of the year.
He was originally scheduled to film Chronicles of Arthdal Season 2 this year, but as production was delayed to next year, he is looking for other projects taking part this year.

Song Joong Ki’s agency released a statement confirming the reports.
Song Joong Ki had to withdraw from “Season of You and Me”. Due to the current situation, all of his schedules for the second half of the year is being rescheduled.
There is nothing else confirmed instead of “Season of You and Me”. He will be focusing on “Space Sweepers” for now, which is set to premiere this summer.
