The Only Thing The “Song Triplets” Remember From Their Time Filming “The Return Of Superman”
One of the most iconic variety shows in Korea is KBS‘s The Return of Superman. Among all their cast throughout the years, the Song Triplets were among the most popular.
Composed of triplets Dae Han, Min Guk, and Man Se, they are 12-year old boys who starred in the reality show when they were just two years old. They were on the show almost every week from July 6, 2014 to February 7, 2016.
Recently, they sat down for an interview on Yoo Quiz on the Block where they reminisced on their past as the “Nation’s Nephews.”
It turns out that they did not retain any clear memories from their run on The Return of Superman…except for one scene. It was none other than their legendary “dumpling mukbang” where they ate in a seemingly never-ending manner.
I only remember the taste of dumplings. The tasty galbi [short rib] dumplings that I ate at the time, they were so delicious!

It was a fan-favorite clip as well, with the YouTube video gaining over four million views.
It was a clip that highlighted just how much the Song Triplets loved the dumplings.
Though they don’t remember much from their time filming the variety show, Dae Han, Min Guk, and Man Se are thankful that they participated in it. Because of this, they have precious memories they can go back to and watch anytime they want.
