South Korea Captain Song Heung Min is currently recovering from facial surgery and confirmed he will play in the upcoming FIFA World Cup with a protective mask.
The Tottenham Hotspur forward thanked his fans for their support in an English message posted on his Instagram account.

Son will now prepare for South Korea’s first Group H match against Uruguay scheduled for November 24 in Qatar. Son is the reigning Premier League Golden Boot winner, and leads all active South Korean internationals with thirty-five goals in 104 matches
South Korea Head Coach Paulo Bento will be announcing his 26-man World Cup squad.
After Uruguay, South Korea will be pitted against Ghana on November 28 and Portugal on December 2.
