South Korea’s First Offline Concert Since The Pandemic To Be Held End Of October…Here’s How Creative They Got
As the pandemic continues, we’ve moved into the new era of ON:TACT concerts. However, one organizer decided to get creative with the social distancing rules, to host South Korea’s first live offline concert since the pandemic started.
The 2020 Korea Music Drive-in Festival (KMDF) will be held on 31 October 2020 and 1 November 2020 as part of a two day lineup. Held at Songdo in Incheon, the first day’s line up consists of NCT U, ASTRO, AB6IX, THE BOYZ, Lovelyz, Momoland, CIX, PENTAGON, (G)I-DLE, Kim Jaehwan, ATEEZ, WJSN, CRAVITY, CLC, Golden Child, Cherry Bullet, Rocket Punch and more.
The second day will be more focused on individual performers, indie singers and trot genres, with DJ DOC, Baek Jiyoung, Hong Jinyoung and more performing.
The creative leeway taken by hosting a drive-in type concert ensures that many will still be within a safe distance of each other. Each car is limited to 4 people only. Ticketing starts on 15 October at 8pm KST via the official homepage.
